Geraldo Solis is a psychology and human-services professional who brings more than 25 years of experience in relationship building, communication, leadership, client engagement, and organizational support to Healing Arts Institute of South Florida International, Inc. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Geraldo has a strong ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and create supportive, respectful, and meaningful relationships.
Geraldo holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, which provides him with a foundation in human behavior, interpersonal relationships, communication, and psychological principles. His professional approach emphasizes active listening, emotional awareness, trust, empathy, and understanding the individual needs of those he serves. He also holds an Associate of Science in International Business from Berkeley College in New York.
In addition to his background in psychology, Geraldo has extensive experience in leadership, mentoring, training, and client-centered service. He currently works with Louis Vuitton, where he utilizes his understanding of human behavior, communication, and relationship development to provide highly individualized client experiences.
Previously, Geraldo served as a Sales Expert with Apple, where he supported the opening of the Miami Worldcenter location and assisted with onboarding, training, and mentoring employees. He also served as a Product Trainer for the Apple Vision Pro launch and mentored Sales and Technical Specialists in communication, solution-based engagement, product knowledge, and relationship development.
Geraldo’s broader professional experience includes 18 years in account management, where he served as a primary point of contact for clients, coordinated multidisciplinary teams, resolved complex concerns, and maintained long-term professional relationships. Earlier in his career, he worked with HSBC Bank USA in Miami and New York in international currency operations.
