Ms. Jackson has worked in the emergency room, ante/postpartum, stroke unit, medical stepdown, Medical ICU, neurology, geriatrics, case management, trauma, burns, telemetry, infectious disease, special immunology, medical-surgical, orthopedics, neuro-trauma, neurorehabilitation, spinal rehabilitation, oncology, hematology, hospice, palliative care, transitional care, heart, lung, kidney, liver, pancreas, and small bowel transplant.

Mrs. Jackson has treated a wide array of professionals from different backgrounds. Such as law enforcement, medical, and executive professionals.

She is endowed with a Master’s Degree in Nursing from Florida International University in Miami, Florida, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Miami in Coral Gables. She is a sitting member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association and American Nurse Practitioner Association.
